The Challenge

Healthcare staffing is slow and manual

Medio Zorg places nurses across the Netherlands. Their recruiters spent hours reading CVs, cross-referencing qualifications, and manually matching candidates to openings. We built a platform that automates the entire pipeline, from CV intake to ranked candidate shortlists, using AI that actually understands healthcare terminology.

How It Works

Recruiters upload candidate CVs in any common format. The system extracts structured data: specializations, BIG registration, certifications, and work history.
