We built a platform that automates the entire pipeline, from CV intake to ranked candidate shortlists, using AI that actually understands healthcare terminology.

How It Works
CV Upload
Recruiters upload candidate CVs in any common format. The system extracts structured data: specializations, BIG registration, certifications, and work history.
Semantic Analysis
AI analyzes both candidate profiles and job openings, building a deep understanding of healthcare-specific qualifications and requirements.
Match and Rank
Candidates are scored against each vacancy and presented as a ranked shortlist, with clear explanations of why each candidate fits.
Recruiter Review
