How clinics use your tests

LongevOS is the platform longevity clinics use to analyse their clients' data and run their client portal.

    Order

    A client orders your test from the store in their client portal, or their clinician orders it for them.

    Results arrive

    When the results are ready, they come into LongevOS through your API. Nobody uploads a file.

    Clinician reviews

    The results appear in a health domain with an AI summary. The clinician approves it before the client sees it, and adds actions to the client's plan.

What we need from you

We integrate with your API as it is. JSON works best for us, and we do not ask you to change your format.

  1. API documentationThe endpoints, authentication and data model of your API.
  2. A test environmentTest credentials, so we build and check the integration without live data. Production credentials follow once it works.
  3. OrderingA way to place an order or register a kit, and to follow its status.
  4. ResultsAn endpoint we retrieve results from, or a webhook that tells us when they are ready.
  5. Sample resultsA de-identified sample result for each test.
  6. Interventions, if you have themInterventions you link to specific results, so clinics can add them to the action plan.
  7. A technical contactOne person on your side for questions during the build.

From test environment to live

  1. Scoping call

    We go through your API and your tests together, and agree what the integration covers.

  2. Build and check

    In your test environment we connect ordering and results, map every biomarker, and check the output against your sample results.

  3. Go live

    With production credentials in place, your tests go live for the clinics that offer them.

How results are handled

LongevAI is ISO 27001 certified. Results are encrypted and stay in the clinic's region. A clinician approves every AI summary before the client sees it.
