Qualevita: Inside the Amsterdam Clinic Where Longevity Starts With Care
A Dutch longevity clinic built on lifestyle science, hormonal medicine and a year-round concierge model, powered by an innovative AI platform.
Cosmina and Elio, CEO and CTO of LongevAI were recently welcomed by the Qualevita team. They visited both Qualevita's Amsterdam locations: the clinic on Van Baerlestraat and the treatment space at the Zuiver Hotel and Wellness center. We met founder Habbo de Vaere and the clinical team, and learned how the clinic works in practice. Qualevita's depth lies in its personalization: every plan is built around each person's root causes and paired with exceptional concierge care.
Clinic Snapshot
Qualevita is a longevity clinic built around long-term programs. A member's journey begins with deep diagnostics: the clinic's own panel of more than 350 biomarkers including blood work, genetic and microbiome followed by a three-hour personalized consultation and a six-month plan the client follows step by step. Specialist physicians lead hormone replacement and anti-aging medicine, while an in-house and partner network covers nutrition, sleep coaching, exercise, and mental health, so each of the clinic's five pillars has a dedicated owner.
The clinic operates at two locations in Amsterdam. Members can reach the team 24/7. The concierge relationship keeps an international base of members travelling from the US, Asia, and the UK, treating Qualevita as their health partner.
The aim: help clients grow old while keeping their vitality, through deeply personal longevity medicine, delivered by a core team that truly cares about their clients.
Philosophy: Get the Basics Right, and Personalize Everything
Qualevita's founder, Habbo de Vaere, has built the clinic around a simple conviction: do the fundamentals exceptionally well, for one specific person at a time, and the results follow.
That base is organized around five pillars the clinic returns to with every client: biomarkers, sleep, nutrition, exercise, and mental health. Around those pillars sits a philosophy the team calls bio-individuality. No two people are the same, so no two plans should be. Together with each client, the doctors look at the root causes of symptoms and the optimal levels for that specific person, rather than the broad reference ranges most labs report. The clinic works at what it calls a subclinical level, optimizing sleep, nutrition, stress management, exercise, breathing, and environment before anyone reaches a point of illness.
Clients value the personal touch, the care, and a plan that is their own. “The same approach does not work for everyone,” the team explains, which is why everything is built person by person rather than from a template.
A Different Approach to Hormonal Medicine
Qualevita goes deep in analyzing hormonal health for each client, looking at the whole picture before adjusting anything.
The clinic works with more than 350 biomarkers and brings in specialist physicians for hormone replacement and anti-aging medicine. A typical engagement begins with a three-hour personalized consultation and ends with a six-month plan the client can follow step by step.
One client's serious hair loss, caused by a hormonal imbalance, reversed once the imbalance was corrected. An entrepreneur dropped his afternoon nap because he feels sharper. A couple conceived a child after hormonal restoration.
From Consultation to Plan, in the same Day
Analyzing data and turning a three-hour consultation into a personalized plan used to take a week, writing each personalized plan after a full day in the clinic.
This is where Qualevita brought in LongevAI. The clinic now captures each consultation and uses it as the base for a structured client report built around the five pillars, complete with a ten-day plan and a six months roadmap to put the changes into practice.
“The real time-saver is in making the health plans.”
It used to mean staying late in the clinic after a full day of consultations, building plans in individual documents. The handover has gone from a week to the next day.
Clients now also receive a full client report summarizing their consultation, alongside their health plan.
What Comes Next
We asked the team where longevity is heading, and they describe a near future that is both high-tech and deeply human.
“In five years, we will check someone's biological age as easily as we check cholesterol today.”
They expect treatments that repair cells and improve cell renewal to become mainstream, delivered in a personalized way. And they expect AI to bring the full picture together: genes, gut, sleep, mental health, and biomarkers in one clear view, instead of each part read on its own.
They believe that technology amplifies care. Real change still comes from getting the basics right: sleep, nutrition, stress management, exercise, breathing, and environment, optimized on a subclinical level.
“Our role is to inspire and teach people how to heal themselves, and AI can support that with deeper personalization. But authentic human contact and connection will always make the difference.”
The clinic keeps moving forward with new, science-backed technology, and has set itself up to add proven tools as soon as they are validated, so its members benefit early.
