The Longevity Suite Asia: Where Western Science Meets Eastern Wisdom
How a European longevity brand with 36 locations is bringing its method to Asia through a private members' club at Fort Canning Park in Singapore.

During a trip to Southeast Asia, we visited The Longevity Suite Asia. We spent time with Nort Janssen, CEO, Diana Kraemer, Innovation Strategist, and Perng Aw, Marketing Director of The Longevity Suite Asia, and learned about the brand's first entry into Asia and what it means for the longevity landscape in the region.
Clinic Snapshot
The Longevity Suite Singapore is opening at Madison House, a private members' club at Fort Canning Park in Singapore. The venue spans four floors and 3,400 square metres of indoor and outdoor space, designed to house what the team describes as the city's most comprehensive longevity destination.
This is not a standalone venture. The Longevity Suite was founded in Milan in 2019 by Luigi Caterino and Dr. Massimo Gualerzi, and has since grown to 36 locations across Europe. The Singapore flagship marks the brand's first expansion outside of Europe, with Nort Janssen leading the APAC operation.
On-site capabilities include:
The facility operates within Madison House's membership structure, with access also extended to guests of the adjacent five-star METT Singapore hotel through curated retreats ranging from three to twenty-one days.
A showroom is already operational, offering introductory programs: Longevity Biohacking and Wellness Rituals. The full facility and retreat programs are launching soon.

Philosophy and Differentiation
The Longevity Suite's method is built on over twenty years of clinical research led by Dr. Massimo Gualerzi, a cardiologist and co-founder who serves as the brand's Scientific Director.
The clinical operation in Singapore is led by Dr. Neil Forrest, Medical Advisor for Longevity, who holds dual degrees in Medicine and Sports Science and brings almost twenty years of international clinical experience spanning orthopaedics, preventative care, and family medicine.
For the Asian flagship, Nort Janssen's vision adds an additional layer. The brand's positioning in Singapore is built around the fusion of Western medical science with Eastern healing traditions, an integration that is more than thematic. It reflects a deliberate strategy to make the method locally relevant in a region where traditional wellness practices are deeply embedded in culture.
“For me it is all about customer experience.”

The private membership model reinforces this. Spaces are limited to preserve depth of care and exclusivity, a structure that mirrors what the most discerning clientele in Southeast Asia have come to expect from premium services.
Diagnostics and Personalization
Every engagement begins with a comprehensive diagnostic assessment grounded in the twelve hallmarks of aging. The clinical team evaluates cellular health, metabolic function, cardiovascular fitness, hormonal balance, and lifestyle factors to establish a baseline from which a personalized longevity program is built.
The technology stack reflects the brand's biohacking roots. Cryotherapy sessions take place in chambers reaching temperatures between minus 85 and minus 95 degrees Celsius, triggering responses that improve circulation, slow cellular aging, and strengthen the immune system. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy supports tissue oxygenation and recovery. Photobiomodulation targets mitochondrial function. These are paired with precision medicine consultations, aesthetic treatments, and recovery protocols, all coordinated under one clinical team.
The showroom at METT Singapore is already operational, offering individual biohacking sessions and six curated wellness rituals. The core technologies are combined in different sequences depending on the goal: circadian reset, nervous system recovery, immune function, tension release, grounding, or a full longevity and anti-aging protocol.

The retreat programs extend this further, with bespoke stays of three to twenty-one days covering sleep optimization, advanced rejuvenation, and mind-body detox protocols. These are designed for METT Singapore hotel guests and Madison House members seeking an immersive, multi-day intervention rather than a single session.
The Road Ahead
The Longevity Suite's entry into Asia is notable not just for what it offers clinically, but for what it represents structurally. In an industry dominated by single-location clinics and independent practitioners, this is a branded, scalable longevity concept backed by thirty-six European locations. The Singapore flagship is designed as a regional hub, not an endpoint.
The integration with hospitality, through both Madison House and METT Singapore, signals a broader thesis: that longevity is moving from a clinical niche into a lifestyle category, and that the delivery mechanism will increasingly be branded destinations embedded in environments where people already spend their time. Members' clubs, hotels, and curated retreats become the distribution layer for preventive health.
The Longevity Suite members, Madison House members, and hotel guests of METT Singapore will all have full access, so they can begin their journeys from day one.
The ambition is not simply to open a clinic in Singapore. It is to establish a new category of destinations in Asia, where clinical rigor, brand experience, and hospitality converge, and where longevity and biohacking is the central proposition.

How We Support Clinics Like The Longevity Suite
The Longevity Suite Asia's model, combining deep diagnostics, personalized advice, and a premium client experience, requires tools that can adapt to the clinic's approach and branding guidelines.
We built LongevOS to fit exactly this purpose: white-label branding, flexible questionnaires, and personalized report creation, all designed so the system adapts to the clinic's methodology rather than the other way around.
